02/98 - 07/99 - ERCOLE MARELLI IMPIANTI TECNOLOGICI S.p.A. - SIDIKRIR POWER PLANT - ALEXANDRIA - EGYPT - Instrument and Electrical Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up Manager on Utility Plants like Make-up Demi-water, Condensate Polisher (two Units), Sodium Hypochlorite (from sea water) and Waste Water. Totally involved on the Designing the miniDCS Configurations relevant to the above plants and their Modbus Communication with the Power Plant Main DCS. Designer of Simulating Plant Configurations, specific for the mentioned plants, used during the On The Job Training of the Power Plant operating staff. On the job Training had been carried out during the Erection, Precommissioning, Commission and Start-up of the plants. Realising of all plant configurations and their final applications, has risen the knowledge of the system to a real high level (the miniDCS used on each plant are FREELANCE 2000 - Bailey Hartmann & Braun).
- 08/90 - 12/90 - ISAB S.p.A. PRIOLO GARGALLO - HONEYWELL S.p.A. - THESI s.r.l. - Ditta G. RICCIARDI - Part of the Work Group Team THESI / ISAB / HONEYWELL during the Existing Control Loops Function Analysis. Purpose: Changing the existing analog instrumentation with the new Distributed Control System, HONEYWELL TDC 3000.
05/90 - 07/90 - NUOVA CIMI MONTUBI S.p.A AFAM RIVERS STATE NIGERIA - Ditta G. RICCIARDI - Presence at AFAM Metering station as Advanced Instrumentation Expert for solving problems on FISCHER & PORTERS MICRO DCI Instrumentation. Installation of a Video console, complete of Operators Keyboard and an Alphanumeric Engineer’s Keyboard. Overhauling of metering instruments. Verifying and correcting Metering Program written by using F-TRANtm (F&P).
1973 - 74 - ESSO AUGUSTA S.p.A. - SIME s.a.s - Instrument supervisor in the position of ESSO witness, during the Erection, Precommissioning, Commissioning and Start-up of a TOSI 440 t/h Steam Generator, a Lube Oil Plant and all the Facilities. In this occasion he had been trained by ESSO on FOXBORO Spec 200 instrumentation and its interfacing to Foxboro Process Computer Fox One for DDC control, on S.I.E. logic systems for sequences controllers, boiler flame detection and protections..
