The experiences of Giuseppe Ricciardi relevant to the Training Activities:
2001 04/2003 DIETSMANN COMERINT S.p.A. – KARACHAGANAK PETROLEUM OPERATING B. V. – AKSAI - KAZAKHSTAN - Courses and Instructors Co-ordinator for the In-House and On-The-Job Training Activities given to the KARACHAGANAK Field operating staff. Author and responsible of the Skills Assessment Program, valid for local staff evaluation, with the purpose of pointing to possible areas of developments for better employment. Responsible on collecting, elaborating and maintaining of data relevant to all Training Centre activities. Author of the “Aksai Training Centre Database”, a special tool that gives the possibility of collecting, recording and processing personnel data with the aim of identifying possible future training development areas for each individual staff.

02/98 07/99 ERCOLE MARELLI IMPIANTI TECNOLOGICI S.p.A. – SIDIKRIR POWER PLANT – ALEXANDRIA - EGYPT - Instrument and Electrical Construction, Start-up and Commissioning Manager on Plants of Make-up Demi-water, Condensate Polisher (two Units), Sodium Hypochlorite (from sea water) e Waste Water. Totally Involved on the Designing the miniDCS Configurations relevant to the above plants and their Modbus Communication with the Power Plant Main DCS. Designer of Simulating Plant Configurations specific for the mentioned plants, used during the On The Job Training of the Power Plant operating staff. On the job Training had been carried out during the Erection, Precommissioning, Commission and Start-up of the plants. Realising of the plant configurations and their final applications, has risen his knowledge of the system to a real high level (the miniDCS used are FREELANCE 2000 - Bailey Hartmann & Braun). He has realized Specific Simulation Configurations for all the above mentioned plants, used for the Plant Personnel On the Job Training, during the Precommissioning e Commissioning of Plants.
11/86 03/88 N.N.PC. - WARRI - NIGERIA - COMERINT S.p.A - Senior Analyzer Specialist - Technical Adviser at Warri Refinery in Maintenance and Overhauling of Process Analysers, during the 1986/87 programmed Refinery turn-around and successive restart-up. On the Job Training relevant to the installed analysers for the N.N.P.C. Analyser Staff.
